  Contacted this company about mid January for a move on Jan 31st. Got a person, Jeff and they asked me to send an email to the company with the details. In the email I indicated when/where I wanted to move, and also that I was mentioning the free boxes that they advertise on line. A week later after I followed up on numerous occassions, I finally heard from someone, and finally got the boxes a week before my move. I also asked them to bring some wardrobe boxes for the day of the move so we could use them. I enquired also as to the cost of the move (approx.) and finally got a response approx. 3 days prior to moving. I was told that it was 95.00 an hour for 2 men, and he thought I saw it on the web site. It is not on the web site, it says depending on how many people you will need for the move. Day of move comes, and 2 guys show up, I asked about the wardrobe boxes and no boxes, one left with the truck to the boxes, which I find out cost me 10.00 ea to rent or I could purchase them. The move happened, at destination I had to ask them to put runners down as they were tracking dirt onto the carpets. They did. I was asked if I would pay cash or by cc, and told if I paid by cash I would get a 5% discount. When I found out what the bill was I elected to pay by cash and asked for a receipt. I was told I would have to get that from Jeff as this individual could not give me a receipt, only if paid by cc. (We moved on the Saturday Jan 31st and I contacted Jeff on Monday the 2nd of Feb) asking for the receipt and was told I would have to wait until the following Monday, which would have been the 9th, in order to get the receipt as he had to get a hold of the guy and get pricing. Well the 9th came and yup you are right, no receipt. I even sent a hastener mid morning on the 9th. Nothing showed up until Tuesday the 10th after which I sent another reminder at 9ish in the morning. I finally got my receipt around 10ish. I would never use this company again, the customer service (oops there isn't any), they are not professional, and just a garbage outfit. If I could rate this at no stars I definitely would. Good luck if you decide to use them. (I would definitely look elsewhere)
