    The couple of experiences I've had have been very disappointing. The receptionist is dismissive, bordering on rude, and the girls that are working there are either under-trained and sloppy or condescending and disinterested. Will not be going back again

    There is a lovely new lady that has joined the spa December 2016, Gen is amazing! She is knowledgeable, engaging and caring who will be truly missed in Victoria.

    Had an acupunture facial with Lauren, very relaxing and enjoyed it immensly. Great place to attend frequently.
